What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that are placed on your device by websites that you visit.
There are different types of web cookies. A persistent cookie stay on the user’s browser until an expiration date. Session cookies are temporarily stored in the computer memory while you visit a web site.
When logged into our services
When you log into our services, either as a user in the Toolbox or Customer admin, or as a visitor on our invite links, a sessions cookie is set that is necessary for the functionality of the service. Technically, it is used to identify a session between the client and the web server. No information is saved and the cookie expires after a time of inactivity.

Your web browser can be set to automatically deny the storage of cookies or to inform you each time a website requests permission to store a cookie.
