Access<\/h1>\n

The new platform is being launched in stages starting Q4 2023 and it has a completely new authorization system built with Privacy by Design in mind.<\/p>\n

You, as a user of these services, has full control over who can see your address book, your settings, what you have sent and to whom.<\/p>\n

This means that administrators on the account, and the TellusTalk Support, as a general rule does not have access to any of this. For us to be able to help you with some support questions, it can sometimes be necessary for you to share access to your user with us.<\/p>\n

You can share access both to your Toolbox and your address book. If you share access to your Toolbox, the other user will be able to see your entire Toolbox with settings, logs and so on. If you onlye share access to your address book, it will show up in their own Toolbox with out having to access your Toolbox.<\/p>\n

Administrators can have different levels of access depending on their assigned tasks and needs, they can sometimes share access both on account level and for signle users.<\/p>\n

Share your address book<\/h2>\n

Under seetings \"Icon on your address book you can share your address book with other users, it will then appear among their own address books in their personal Toolbox and you can both edit them and send messages to the recipients in it.<\/p>\n

Click on Administer access,<\/strong>at the top your own rights are displayed. Om det \u00e4r din adressbok s\u00e5 har du fulla r\u00e4ttigheter.<\/p>\n

Click on Add access<\/strong> \"Icon, type the user id of the person you want to give access to and choose what rights you want to share.
Usually it is enough to just choose Read<\/strong> and Edit<\/strong> at Action rights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you also want them to be able to share the address book to others, you also need to choose Read<\/strong> and Edit<\/strong> at Authorization rights<\/strong>.
At this stage, if you also choose Authorize<\/strong>, they also will have the right to let other users share the address book to others. Do not share these rights lightly.<\/p>\n

Share your Toolbox<\/h2>\n

If you share your entire toolbox to another user, they will be able to log in as themselves in their Toolbox and from there switch to your Toolbox without needing to have your password. It looks like this:<\/p>\n

Go to Settings<\/strong> in the left menu and clock the button Access<\/strong> to open the settings.<\/p>\n

Click Add<\/strong> \"Icon and type the user id of the user you want to share your Toolbox with, choose if they only should be able to Read<\/strong> or if they also should be able to Edit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Under Access to<\/strong> in this view, your own rights in your Toolbox is displayed. You can read and edit and also share the same rights with others.
This is also where it is displayed if others have access to your Toolbox, no matter if you shared the access or if an administrator did.<\/p>\n

In the bottom part, Access given to<\/strong>, displays what other users Toolboxes you have been given access to.<\/p>\n

Administrators<\/h2>\n

A user can have administrative access to the entire account or parts of the organizational tree. An administrator can either log in directly to the Admin view<\/a> or click the Administrator<\/strong> link at the bottom left corner of the Toolbox menu.<\/p>\n

They will then at least have access to the following, within the part of the account they have access to:<\/p>\n
