Same number to the same recipient. This is the standard setting for Reply-SMS.<\/p>\n
This is a good option if you want all of your messages collected in one conversation in the recipient\u00b4s phone. Just like when you send text messages from your own phone.<\/p>\n
We keep track of the conversation by choosing the same originator number for the same recipient. Another recipient might have another number as originator. This means that when you send your SMS, different numbers will be used as originator for different recipients.<\/p>\n
The replies are held together in the same conversation in your email, this is achieved by uniquely connecting your user id, the originator number and the recipient\u00b4s number. This means that recipients should not save the originator numbers<\/b> as contacts in their phone and they should also not give the number to someone else<\/b> as any messages sent from other numbers will not be sent to you.<\/p>\n

Hire virtual number as originator<\/h2>\n
You can also choose to use your own virtual number as originator for Reply-SMS, this is an additional service.<\/p>\n
With one or more virtual numbers for Reply-SMS you get more possibilities. For example, it works great even if the recipient replies from another number or if they save the number to be able to send SMS to you at a later time. The message will reach you either way. You can actually encourage your recipients to save the number for future SMS contacts.<\/p>\n

Perfect if you want your customers to initiate contact by sending an SMS to you to start a conversation, but also if you want to make sure that the originator number is always the same.<\/p>\n
