Traffic is shown as a total and broken down by user (if you are an administrator), then by country code and any error type.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Number of messages\/emails received by our systems.<\/p>\nSent<\/strong>
<\/span>Number of messages\/emails we have received into our systems and which have passed our first check for correctly formatted numbers etc.
These messages have been converted and sent out. The difference between Number<\/strong> and Sent<\/strong> is Blocked<\/strong> messages, these are charged separately. <\/p>\nSMS parts<\/strong>
<\/span>This is the number of SMS corresponding to the number of SMS charged on your invoice.
According to the SMS protocol, an SMS can contain a maximum of 160 characters.
\nIf the sent message is longer than that, we automatically split it into several SMS and send them to the recipient.
\nThe receiving mobile then reassembles the parts into a single long message. <\/p>\nDelivered<\/strong>
<\/span>This is the number of messages from the Sent<\/strong> column, for which we have received a delivery report.
\nThey are thus reported as received by the recipient’s operator or device. <\/p>\nFailed<\/strong>
<\/span>This is the number of messages from the Sent<\/strong> column, for which we have received a negative delivery report.
\nThey are thus reported as undeliverable.
\nThis may be due to a temporary or a permanent error. <\/p>\nAwaiting report<\/strong>
<\/span>This is the number of messages from the Sent<\/strong> column for which we have not yet received a delivery report.
\nResend attempts are made to varying degrees depending on the type of delivery problem, in some cases it can take up to 72 hours before a delivery report is received. <\/p>\nIn some cases, a shorter validity period can be set for messages, so that retransmission attempts end earlier.<\/p>\n
Fax pages delivered<\/strong>
