We think it&#8217;s about time! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An e-signature is not only visible to the naked eye, but consists of lots of information that can only be read and interpreted by a computer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is therefore important to know how to validate the e-signature, i.e. how to determine the legal value. But of course you can use The TellusTalk <a href=\"https:\/\/api.tellustalk.com\/ebox\/validate_signatures\/v1.htm\">validation page<\/a> as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.14.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.14.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.14.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||0px||false|false&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>What determines the legal value is:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">That the document has not changed since it was signed by the recipient. In The TellusTalk service, the signed file is locked with a qualified certificate and the hash value of the original file is noted. Should someone try to change the document, a warning text is displayed in the validation tool.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Who has signed the document. TellusTalk adds a cover page with all the information about the signatories as well as the time and date the e-signature took place. TellusTalk also inserts signature data into the file which can be used as evidence in the event of a dispute. This data is interpreted by a computer and contains information the validation tools use.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">That everybody knows what has been signed.
