Mail App – Create and track your email campaigns with our interactive email service
Create newsletters, email campaigns, and text message campaigns with MailApp. Use templates, add recipients, and customize your campaign with a logo, colors, and text in the settings. Choose to reach your audience via email or text message, link to an interactive landing page, and send immediately or schedule the campaign. Then track the results in the overview with statistics.
1. Create a new one or use a template
Select MailApp from the menu on the left. Click New Campaign (or +) and choose to start from a blank template, one of your own templates, or one of our ready-made templates. Give the campaign a clear name so you can easily find it again in the overview.
2. Design Your Mailing
Create your content directly in our drag-and-drop editor. Click on the elements in the email to edit text, images, and buttons. The editor has three tabs:
- Email – the email message itself
- SMS – a short message sent to a recipient with a phone number
- Landing Page – an interactive page you can link to in your email campaign
Fill in the subject line, sender’s name, and sender’s address, and preview the message in both desktop and mobile views before sending. Your changes are saved automatically.
3. Add a recipient
Add recipients however you prefer: enter them manually, import them from a file (CSV or Excel), or select them from your address books. The system automatically determines whether a recipient should receive an email or text message based on the address format, and validates all addresses for you.
4. Review and Submit
When you’re done, click ” Review & Send.” You’ll then see a summary of the mailing before it’s sent out—check that everything is correct and confirm to send it directly to all recipients.
If you want to send it at a later time, click the clock icon (or the arrow) next to the button, select the date and time, and the campaign will be sent automatically at that time.
Simple and Smart Overview
When you log in to MailApp, you’ll see a clear overview of all your campaigns. You can filter by status (All, Drafts, Scheduled, Sent), switch between list and grid views, and search for a specific campaign. The status labels show you immediately whether a campaign is a draft, scheduled, or has already been sent.

Templates
In MailApp, you have a dedicated page for templates (in the top menu under “Templates”) where you can collect, create, and reuse ready-made emails—so you don’t have to start from scratch every time.
The template page is divided into two sections:
- My Templates – templates you’ve created or copied yourself. Here you can edit (the pencil icon), preview, delete, and mark as a favorite
- Pre-designed templates – ready-to-use, professionally designed templates. You can preview or bookmark them, and by using ” Copy and Edit,” you’ll get your own version that you can freely customize.
Recipient
Gather the right audience before sending the email. As you type, suggestions from your address books will appear, and you can paste multiple recipients at once. If you import from a file, the columns for email, phone, and name are automatically identified, and you’ll see a preview with statistics before you confirm. When importing from an address book, you can filter by status, type, labels, and properties—and all settings are carried over.
Integrated SMS Management
MailApp supports both email and text messages, so you can reach recipients in the way that works best for you. Use email for more visual content like newsletters and campaigns, and text messages when you want to quickly get a short message across. Text messages are automatically sent to recipients with phone numbers—you don’t need to enable anything. With placeholders such as {to_name} and {ebox_href} you personalize the message.
Interactive Landing Page
Sometimes an email or text message isn’t enough to convey all the information. In that case, you can link a landing page to your mailing—a campaign page, invitation, or informational page where you can include longer text, images, buttons, and links. That way, the email itself can be kept short and to the point.
The landing page is dynamic: recipients can like, comment, and chat, and you can track how they use the page—opens, clicks, likes, and messages. You decide what features to enable: public and private chat can be turned off individually, and liking and commenting are controlled on a section-by-section basis.

Customize it to match your brand
Under Settings → Branding, you can customize your mailings to match your organization: upload your logo, set your primary and secondary colors, and choose a default font. The colors can be synced to a campaign with a single click. You can also add footer information and links to social media so that your emails look recognizable and professional.
Scheduling
Plan your mailings in advance. Choose to send them immediately or schedule them for a later time by specifying a date and time. A scheduled campaign is sent automatically, and you can open it at any time and cancel the scheduling to move it back to drafts.
Follow up with statistics
After sending a campaign, follow up on the results with statistics. See how many messages were sent and delivered, and how recipients interacted with the content. For campaigns with a landing page, you can also track views, clicks, likes, and other activity—valuable insights that help you improve future mailings.
Reminders & Validity Period
Set up reminders in your general settings for all signing jobs.
Enable “Single Send” in review mode before sending the invitation.
Add one or more levels; the reminder date is calculated from the day the recipient received the invitation and takes into account, for example, the order of signing.
In the same dialog box, you can also specify how long the signing job (link) should remain active for the participants.
Send a Manual Reminder
Click the arrow to the right of the recipient’s name and select ” Send Reminder.”
Copy the invitation link and send it via your own email if you think the original invitation didn’t get through.
Change Default Settings
Customize your settings for future mailings to better suit your needs.
