Send SMS directly from your email
When your email address is registered in a TellusTalk account, you can very easily use the services directly from your email, without any installations or plugins. It works with all types of email and webmail.
You address the email to us in a special way, and we will automatically turn the message into an SMS and send it to the recipient. It is as easy to send to one as to many.
What does the sender of the SMS look like? When you send a text message from your phone, your number is always shown as the sender. When you send via us, you have more options, for example, you can let the recipient reply to the message so that it comes directly back to your email. Read more under Settings about this.
Keep in mind that an address book has its own settings for how the sender is displayed. Read more about the Address Book here.
You don’t need to enter a subject when you send an SMS, but if you do, we’ll add it to the top of the message, remembering that it counts towards the total number of characters.

Put the recipient’s mobile number in the To field and end with @esms.nu
Just like sending regular emails, it’s easy to add more recipients.
Type your message and click Send, and recipients will have your message within seconds!
If you regularly send messages to the same address you can save it as a contact, the same way as you do with a normal email address.
Send to an address book
If you have saved an address book in the Toolbox on the web, you can easily send messages to the address book directly from your email, you do not need to log in to the web every time. Simply put the address book’s unique email address in the To field and send your message as usual.
The address book’s unique email address can be found under Resources in the Toolbox, where you can also see who is registered as a writer and authorized to send to address book members. If it is your address book, you are normally also a writer.
Keep in mind that the address book has its own settings for how messages look when sent to the recipient.
Send to many with broadcast
If you have many recipients, it may be easier to put their numbers directly in the email, then you instead address the email to broadcast@esms.nu and after the message you put the code word DistriButionList (spelled exactly like that) then followed by the recipients’ numbers.
If you wish you can put a semicolon (;) after the number and add their name. Their name will then show up in the logs in your online Toolbox to make it easier to follow up if something happens with your fax.
